For everyone that does not yet know me my name is Mike Archer and I am the General Manager of the Prince Rupert Daily News. I moved here from Fort St John where I lived for 12 years. I worked in the oil and gas industry for a good portion of my time there. Then I was given the opportunity to work for the Alaska Highway News for the remainder of my time in Fort St John, and was transferred here to be General Manager of the Prince Rupert Daily News. Over the years I have had the pleasure to coach youth soccer, help run dog sled racing in Wells B.C and worked with various other organizations.

This area has so much to offer, it is vital to spread the word by any and all means possible. I consider it an honor to be asked to stand for the board. Thank you.
